You will cover maternity leave for a fixed position at **60-80% until May 2026** . **From June 2026 onwards** , you will continue in a **shared role (40-60%)** together with the returning employee. We're excited to welcome you to our team! **Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:** + **Product management:** Own and drive responsibilities and tasks + **Drive Product Growth:** Lead the development and execution of local commercial tactical plan, projects and services to maximize growth of assigned product(s) across Switzerland, aligning with brand strategies and business objectives. + **Stakeholder Engagement:** Actively engage with local stakeholders to gather insights and needs, enhancing marketing initiatives based on deep local market understanding. + **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Successfully lead the Local Action Team (LAT) to deploy commercial tactical plans and coordinate projects among medical, sales, and other teams, ensuring seamless collaboration. + **Innovative Project Management:** Spearhead local commercial projects, including campaign development, sales material creation, and market insights generation, utilizing an innovative omnichannel approach. + **Performance Monitoring:** Plan, monitor, and report on business performance, identifying deviations and providing strategic recommendations to the Country Value Team ( CVT) , to improve commercial outcomes. + **Training and Development:** Contribute to the development of comprehensive training plans and lead the execution of commercial training elements to empower the team. + **Partnership Development:** Build and maintain strong partnerships with external stakeholders, enhancing the business unit's competitive edge and reputation. + **Event Coordination:** Organize and coordinate third-party events, congress participation, and sponsorships to increase visibility and engagement within the oncology field. + **Strategic Alignment:** Collaborate closely with the CVT and the x-functional teams to align the strategy & tactics and ensure holistic product positioning. + **Motivation & Engagement:** Inspire and energize the internal and external stakeholders while supporting a motivating work environment where team members feel valued and engaged. + **Compliance and Ethics:** Ensure all projects and activities are fully compliant with HCBI principles, laws and Johnson & Johnson regulations, upholding the Credo and maintaining trust with healthcare professionals and patients alike. **Qualifications** **Professional Qualifications** **:** + **Educational Background:** You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration / Life Sciences (BA/BSc), or equivalent qualification, providing a solid foundation for your career. + **Extensive Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience is required, with a demonstrated track record in pharmaceutical sales or marketing. + **Oncology Market Expertise:** You possess an understanding of the oncology market, healthcare environment, and pharmaceutical industry, positioning you as an appreciated asset to our team. + **Digital Marketing Expertise:** Your skills in digital and omnichannel marketing tactics enhances our capabilities and outreach in a competitive landscape. + **People Collaboration Skills:** Demonstrated experience in people collaboration showcases your ability to inspire and support a high-performing x-functional team. + **Cross-Functional Leadership:** You have proven capabilities in leading cross-functional teams to own, develop, and execute complex strategic initiatives effectively. + **Project Management Excellence:** Project management skills enable you to drive initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring successful delivery. + **Linguistic Fluency:** Fluency in English and German is required to facilitate effective communication;
