Product Manager Native Apps

THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: The Product Manager (PM) for Native Apps is responsible for the value delivery of a digital mobile applications product that continuously and sustainably solves the needs of its users. This PM will build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure the app product roadmap delivers a set vision and metrics aligned with the enterprise strategy. This role will support the development and execution of the strategy for a portfolio of app products and partner cross-functionally to ideate, create, and align guest experiences across all digital touchpoints, emphasizing a Native Apps first approach. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Responsible for the overall product vision and metrics (e.g., objectives & key results (OKRs) fulfillment of the Native Apps. Collaborate with senior leaders to build a shared digital vision across the enterprise by creating an app-centric product roadmap that will align with both the go-to-market strategy for the company & with business program leadership. Manage a team of multiple Product Owners & Product Analysts jointly focused on the delivery of a product roadmap for a segment of the overall digital guest journey (where applicable) Lead a team jointly focused on the product roadmap and delivery for a segment of the overall digital guest journey. Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap for the product(s) of assigned responsibility. Work with cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and strategic analysts to deliver app-centric products for our community of users. Apply app-centric design principles and practices in the product development lifecycle. Exercise strong decision-making mandate across cross-functional teams. Prepare and support the agile teams on product demos. Build, grow, and support Product Owners and Product Analysts through hiring, coaching (Knowledge Transfer), mentoring, and giving feedback. Contribute to the overall success and lifecycle of native app products product during definition, design, user story/requirement creation, documentation, launch, go-to-market activities, management updates, and metrics]. Drive native app products to achieve success metrics on an ongoing basis throughout the product lifecycle by analyzing and solving the problems of your targeted end users. Oversee the creation of user stories/specs and data analysis to justify product decisions and apply key learnings. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Stay informed of consumer, technology, and digital commerce trends to identify new markets and inform future strategy and prioritization to drive incremental sales & increase guest satisfaction. Perform competitive and market analysis for inputs to the roadmap. Identify industry best practices and build applicable partner relationships. THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field required. 7+ years of relevant work experience with at least 5+ years in a digital product role (3+ years focused on Native Apps) and at least 2 years of people management experience. Experience successfully creating and executing product visions, strategies, and roadmaps that achieve goals and outcomes. Ability to lead thought ideation exercises with cross-functional partners, internal stakeholders, external vendor partners, and end users of our Native Apps. Exceptional at working with and analyzing user metrics and turning them into actionable insights, including A/B testing and analytics platforms. Experience in managing geographically distributed teams is preferred. Strong leadership skills and the proven ability to drive organizational change. Strong communication skills with the ability to align the organization on complex decisions. Active coach and mentor whose goals are to grow and maximize the team’s potential. Strong communicator & collaborator with excellent written, verbal, & presentation skills. Curious and highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively across cross-functional teams & independently drive progress toward completion. Agile/Lean Development & Methodologies, preferably in large organizations. Up-to-date knowledge about the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in digital. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: MBA or Master’s degree in strategy, management, or related field is a plus. Experience in digital product design, user experience, and analytics. The pay range for this position is $119,300.00 - $160,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
