Product Demonstration and briefing to schools, Execution of Marketing plans - Empanelment of Resource persons, workshop coordination and Responsible for product training to the Sales team.
Role Responsibilities:
Product Demonstration and briefing to schoolsPlanning, Coordinating, Conducting workshopsResource Person empanelment for workshopsCollecting market and product feedbackResponsible for product training to the Sales teamFocus on town projectsKey relationships
Branch Managers, Regional Sales Teams, EPMs in other regionsMandatory KRAs:
Execution of Marketing plans - Empanelment of Resource persons, workshop coordination, pan India initiativesConducting workshops - focused and unique City workshops (front list driven)Product Demos & briefing - making presentations while working with SE to cover their critical schools; highlighting USPs esp. with respect to competition (with inputs from editorial teams)Internal Product training sessions for SEs, highlighting new, key and distinguished product featuresProduct feedback and reviewsCreating and maintaining connections with user institutionsQualification:
Graduate, pref. B Ed./ MBAExcellent Communication (particularly in English)Open to 14-16 days travel in a monthExperience:
Minimum of 4-8 years
Skillsets required:
