**_Your Responsibilities:_** + **_Contribute to market opportunity identification, product definition, defining product strategy and roadmap for features critical to success in Fresenius Connected Health (CH) products_** + **_Support the development of business plans to secure resources to develop and commercialize a regular cadence of new/updated product offerings or enter new markets_** + **_Gather and apply market research, competitive analysis, and user needs, leveraging cross-functional teams and other VOC sources as needed_** + **_Drive product innovation with improved value proposition and reduced costs & burden_** + **_Function as central resource with design, manufacturing, quality, test, marketing and distribution as products are developed or adapted_** + **_As primary Product Management resource for all customer-facing teams (Sales, National Accounts, Field Teams, Training Teams, etc.), you lead commercialization efforts for new/expanded products, ensuring proper customer training and building tools and processes for successful product introductions and adoption_** **_Your profile:_** + **_Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration with strong technical skills preferred_** + **_Extensive experience in the Med Tech industry, specifically in product management, product strategy, or development_** + **_Proven experience working with international stakeholders_** + **_Ability to proactively identify opportunities and challenges and take calculated risks to drive innovation_** + **_Strong skills in planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve project goals, including managing cross-functional teams_** + **_Exceptional ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders_** + **_Understanding of financial concepts like NPV, payback periods, P&L statements, and balance sheets; capable of making sound, holistic business decisions_** + **_Strong leadership skills with the ability to form, lead, and inspire cohesive and productive teams_** + **_Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape_** + **_Ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively_** **_Our offer for you:_** **_There is a lot you can discover at Fresenius because we have a lot to offer.
