You'll be at the forefront of driving strategic growth, managing the product lifecycle, and supporting our Sales, Technical Service, and Marketing teams. Responsibilities What you will do + Develop and execute a 5-year strategic plan. + Manage product lifecycle from planning to execution. + Conduct market analysis and define pricing strategies. + Lead go-to-market strategies and product launches. + Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. + Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize product performance. + Engage with key customers and represent the company at industry events. Qualifications + University degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Sciences, or related field. + Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical or business environment related to health feed additives. + Proficient in English with excellent communication skills. + Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills. + Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. Desired Skills + Knowledge of mycotoxin binders, immune support solutions, probiotics, or preventive control strategies for pathogenic bacteria. + Awareness of local and global socio-cultural differences.
