About the role:

As a Core Banking Platform Product Manager, you will lead the strategic evolution and delivery of core banking capabilities, with a strong focus on Deposits and Lending products. This role is pivotal in driving end-to-end transformation initiatives across legacy and modern banking platforms, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and customer-centric innovation.

You will operate within a complex, multi-layered banking environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements. Your expertise in Agile frameworks, digital banking experiences, and enterprise-level transformation programs will be essential in shaping the future of banking services.

What you will be doing:

Define and execute the product roadmap for core banking platforms, with emphasis on Deposits and Lending modules.Lead large-scale transformation product management delivery including core system modernization, digital migration, and process reengineering.Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.Champion Agile delivery methodologies, ensuring iterative development, continuous feedback, and rapid value realization.Drive digital-first experiences across customer journeys, integrating modern principles and omnichannel capabilities.Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation.

What you will need:

Proven experience in Deposits and Lending product management within a banking or financial services environment.Demonstrated success in leading complex transformation programs, preferably involving core banking system replacements or upgrades.Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance, and risk management frameworks.Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Familiarity with digital banking platforms, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and customer experience design.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
