Job overview and responsibilities
The role of the Product Manager is to define and communicate the technical product vision and strategy, aligning it with business goals. It requires collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and develop the product roadmap. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring product performance, and overseeing the release process to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field4+ years software product managementSolid knowledge of product management best practices, functional design, and application delivery methodologyKnowledge of agile methodologies, tools, and techniques for specific products; ability to develop product line processes and strategiesStrong multi-tasker, proven experience handling multiple roles and projects simultaneouslyExcellent analysis, problem solving and decision-making skillsAttention to detailStrong planning & organizational skillsStrong communication skills - verbal, written and presentationProficiency with Microsoft Office, VisioMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The base pay range for this role is $109,820.00 to $142,936.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
