CNN is looking for a Product Manager II to join our Editorial Experience team. This role includes an 18-month Rotation Program which presents an exceptional opportunity for growth; you will rotate across three distinct Squads over this period, contribute to initiatives that enhance our journalists' workflow efficiency, accelerate AI-powered content creation tools, and streamline platform capabilities – all within our industry-leading platform. The ideal candidate is an emerging product talent with strong communication skills who will collaborate with experienced Product Managers, engineers, designers, and journalists to build tools that empower world-class storytelling. Upon completion of the rotation, you will be placed on a squad based on business needs.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Contribute to the delivery work of Product Squads through a structured rotation program, gaining comprehensive platform knowledge
Work alongside experienced Product Managers to identify and solve friction points in journalistic workflows and measurably improve efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, prioritize and ship initiatives that accelerate content creation, curation, and publishing
Evaluate AI and other innovative technologies for inclusion into the editorial workflow in partnership with engineering and design teams
Build relationships with journalists and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements alongside Product Managers in the team
Analyze and suggest new ways to leverage data to inform product decisions and measure feature impact
Your Qualifications & Experience…
2-4 years of digital product management experience or equivalent role required
Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills where multiple functions (Product, Engineering, and Design) work together to ship features
Passion for journalism, the media industry, and the content supply chain• An aptitude for developing analytical skills and data-driven approach to product development
Track record of shipping features in one or more of the following types of products: multi-user real-time collaboration, content management systems, project management software
Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning different product areas in a rotation-based program

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $101,501.00 - $188,503.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
