About This Opportunity As part of the Financial Services team, this Product Manager will innovate and collaborate to grow sales of reward and gift products. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end launch of new reward products to be issued by key partners. The successful candidate will be a results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and impeccable attention to detail. Responsibilities • Product management including product set up, configuration and data allocation to ensure flawless product launches and ongoing product maintenance • Cultivate a positive, high-performance work culture, emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning and development • Use data and analytics to inform decisions and regularly report on performance to senior leadership and other stakeholders. • Collaboration with our creative team to bring product concepts to life. • Collaborate with further departments to ensure that all initiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives, including card operations, card production, inventory management, and product development. Ensuring that all initiatives meet timeline and are aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
