About our Team 

The Identity Product Management team is responsible for delivering the ID Compass suite of fraud and identity solutions to the US insurance market.  Our solutions provide identity verification, risk assessment, multi-factor and knowledge-based authentication, device and email intelligence, digital identity intelligence, and behavioral biometric functionality to help insurers mitigate fraud risk and enable Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities.  The Identity Product Management team drives cross-functional collaboration between the technical and business functions of the organization, and works with Technology, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and others to bring our solutions to market. 

 

About the Role 

The Product Manager I will own a product feature and lead project execution. He/she will own the development plan and represent their feature within the PM team and will have an internal network across product domains. The individual will have a solid understanding of the customer and target market. He/she will represent the needs of the customer to the delivery team and will support and participate in the demo to key stakeholders at program milestones. 
 
This position will be hybrid in Alpharetta, GA – 3x per week. 

Responsibilities 

Customer Focus: Represents customer requirements, understands key needs and market trends, uses customer frameworks (e.g., Jobs To Be Done, personas), delivers on commitments, and stays informed on market and competitor developments. 

Data-Driven Decision-Making & Analysis: Independently analyzes data, uses dashboards to inform decisions, tracks product financial performance, and evaluates options with business impact in mind. 

Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle: Executes launch plans, collaborates with sales to assess market needs, trains internal teams, contributes to marketing materials, handles customer complaints, and engages with customers at events. 

Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle: Leads roadmap execution for a feature area, focuses on customer experience, coordinates development activities, defines and prioritizes requirements, and supports process improvements. 

Strategy & Commercial Acumen: Contributes to product strategy, aligns personal goals with business objectives, and understands the role’s impact on product and business success. 

Demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to learn, acts on feedback, seeks growth opportunities in daily work, and invests in self-improvement through reading, networking, and professional development. 

Asks effective questions, gathers facts from multiple sources, identifies and analyzes problems, proposes solutions, and independently manages routine issues.

Requirements 

2+ years of relevant experience, product management experience preferred. Experience in the fraud and identity space also preferred. 

Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential. 

Technical skills in Microsoft Office  

Uses strong conversational skills including active listening, shares relevant information, and contributes to team presentations. 

Understands the company technology stack at a high level, for his/her feature area. 

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities. 

Demonstrated ability to work with others to modify or maintain a product and identify technology challenges.

Demonstrated readiness to engage in work under minimal supervision.
