In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to steer operational activities and help shape operationally our transformation from a product-led to a solution-driven business. If you thrive in entrepreneurial environments and are excited about scaling a young, high-growth category, this is your opportunity to build dsm-firmenich’s leadership in the health and nutrition space. **Your key responsibilities** + **Drive Strategic Partnerships** : Identify partners and Manage relationships with strategic alliances and suppliers in close collaboration with Procurement, where appropriate + **Fuel Competition Insight** : Gather and synthesize competitive insights to inform portfolio strategy. + **Optimize Profitability** : Lead initiatives to improve cost, quality, and innovation across the portfolio. + **Operational management** : Manage operational aspects across functions incl change management and product maintenance (master data, documentation, change management etc.), support product launches and phase-outs + Co-steer monthly PCR as part of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process In addition, you will coordinate projects that go across HNC portfolio e.g.: + **Enterprise model** .
