Position Summary
CVS Health’s Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) is an organization working to solve some of the most challenging problems at the intersection of technology and healthcare. A&BC leverages advanced analytics, data science, AI (including generative AI), consulting approaches, product discipline and healthcare expertise to power innovative product applications to improve health outcomes and access to health care across all our businesses in CVS Health.
As the Product Manager of Generative AI and Analytics Solutions, you will collaborate with data science and engineering leaders to manage development, translate requirements, and design release plans. You'll work with UX/UI experts to ensure the best user experience and engage directly with users to understand their needs, address issues, and provide training. This role focuses on rapidly growing analytic products, including marketing analytics and generative AI solutions, offering significant career growth opportunities.
What You'll Do:
Product Strategy & Vision: Facilitate development and communication of a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products supporting Growth Analytics objectivesAlign data product strategies with business goals and marketing initiativesProduct Development & Management: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and validate hypothesesLead the lifecycle of data products from ideation to scale to user support, ensuring continuous improvement and high user adoptionDefine and prioritize the product backlog, create user stories / acceptance criteria, and manage roadmapsWrite detailed product specifications and translate into technical requirementsCoordinate testing of new features with cross-functional teams and usersIncrease utilization through user training and engagement sessionsStakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, data engineers, UI/UX designers, software engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to develop and launch data-driven productsGather feedback from business and analytics stakeholders to ensure products meet business needs.Performance & Analytics: Develop business cases and ROI analysisDefine OKRs and KPIs for generative AI and analytics products and track performance to ensure delivery of business valueTrack development progress and communicate expectations to leadershipDemonstrate and support dissemination of best practices for product management, product development, release management and user supportThis is a hybrid role in our CVS Health office in NYC (2 days/week onsite).
Required Skills:
Product Management: Experience in Product Management including full product lifecycle, roadmap and prioritization, understanding customer needs and translating them into compelling product features.Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile development practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Figma) to streamline product development processes.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify issues, craft solutions, and make data-driven decisions.Innovation & Curiosity: Interest in emerging technologies and curiosity to uncover innovation and drive product enhancements that meet business / user needs.Business Acumen: Understanding of business drivers and ability to translate them into product requirements. Proven track record at working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to distill complex information in a clear and concise manner to technical, non-technical, and senior leader audiences.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analytics, generative AI, machine learning, and data management tools. Comfortable collaborating closely with technical teams and navigating technical constraints.Required Qualifications
3+ years' experience in working cross-functionally with data science and/or engineering teams2+ years' experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management role2+ years' experience working in an Agile framework and as a Product Owner/Manager2+ years' experience with product development and related analytics project teams in enterprise level environments1+ year of healthcare experiencePreferred Qualifications
Experience building workflow applications that leverage GenAIExperience with Jira (or similar platform)Understanding of data science conceptsExperience in healthcare, health insurance, tech, AI solutions or similarEducation

The typical pay range for this role is:
$111,240.00 - $222,480.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
