Product Manager for Tissue Diagnostics Field

The Position

As a Product Manager Tissue Diagnostics you will hold a key position within Roche Diagnostics Slovakia’s Marketing department and are responsible for the management of all activities related to the assigned product portfolio through the entire product lifecycle from launch to phase out, including ensuring deep expertise on external market dynamics per field.

The Opportunity

Lead, develop and implement product strategies, including product launches and market assessments

Define target segments, positioning, and pricing strategies

Maintain close relationships with the market, gather competitive intelligence, and refine product positioning

Work closely with Sales, Medical & Access, Regulatory, and Service teams to align strategies as well as ensuring sufficient product knowledge

Create account-based marketing strategies together with the Sales team

Act as a point of contact for tender and business opportunities for Tissue Diagnostics

Develop (omnichannel) marketing campaigns in line with local priorities, including business rationale and content creation 

Select congresses and events to attend, including preparation of content

Collaborate with Sales & Finance on business planning and sales forecasting

Maintain close relationships with global, regional and subregional stakeholders and communities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tissue diagnostic products and applications in a timely and effective manner

Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex issues

Conduct training sessions for customers on the use and maintenance of tissue diagnostic products

Assist customers with the setup and validation of tissue diagnostic instruments and software

Conduct on-site visits to ensure proper installation and performance of equipment

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and requirements

Who You Are

Higher education degree in Life Science, Medical Sciences or other related fields

Proven 2+ years of experience in a similar function (experience in Slovak medical or healthcare industry)

Profound knowledge and scientific expertise in tissue diagnostic  

Slovak and English language fluent

Evidence of influencing and negotiation skills from individual contributors to leadership team level

Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams in complex environments

Industry knowledge of the IVD sector and medical understanding is a plus

Ability to work with IT tools - Google workspace preferred

Ability to deliver on set priorities in a dynamic environment

Proactive mindset and can-do attitude, quick to adapt to new situations  

Salary starts from 2700 EUR gross/monthly. Roche Slovensko, s.r.o. provides 13th month salary.

Final salary depends on the level of skills, experience and qualifications.
