The Infrastructure group is responsible for building and maintaining the components, tools, and systems that make up the Power, Z, Quantum Controls and Circuit Technologies. We are a large team spread across the world with a wide array of specialties and projects, working on everything from power management to silicon design. Entering this domain positions you at the heart of IBM, where growth and innovation thrive. **Your role and responsibilities** Responsibilities: - Work with cross functional, multidisciplinary team of stakeholders to support strategy definition and direction for AI on IBM Power - Be an integral part of the Product Management process, including but not limited to: - market and competitive analysis, customer and business partner engagement, understand innovative differentiators, - assist with business outcomes, customer and partner success, - support product and go-to-market readiness **Required technical and professional expertise** Required Skills : - 3-5 years of Product management experience building product offering and life cycle management - 1-2 years of experience working on AI concepts and principles - Strong communication skills - written and oral - Proficient in understanding client environments, pain points and possible solutions **Preferred technical and professional experience** Preferred Skills - 1-2 years of experience working with software programming - Growth minded, resourceful, and proficient working with cross organizational teams - Go-to-market experience a plus IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
