Danfoss High Pressure Pumps is seeking a dedicated Product Manager to take full ownership of our Energy Recovery Device product portfolio. In this role, you will manage and optimize both existing and future products — ensuring high quality, thorough documentation, and ongoing cost-efficiency improvements. You will drive the product roadmap in close alignment with our application strategies and serve as a key technical and commercial resource for sales, service teams, and other internal stakeholders. The position is based in Nordborg and requires on-site presence by minimum 2-3 days per week. **Job Responsibilities** We are seeking a technically skilled and commercially driven Product Manager who can bridge engineering expertise with strategic product leadership. You bring a strong understanding of Reverse Osmosis solutions and a proven ability to lead products from concept through commercialization, while working collaboratively across functions and keeping the customer at the center. Key qualifications and capabilities include: + Deep technical knowledge of Reverse Osmosis products, their performance, functionality, and applications. + Experience leading product development as a Product Owner throughout the entire lifecycle. + Strong business acumen to build compelling business cases and define clear value propositions. + Proven success in product cost optimization, lifecycle management, and competitive analysis. + A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and markets. **Background & Skills** The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, commercial acumen, and practical experience in product management. We are looking for someone who thrives in an industrial setting and is passionate about delivering customer value through innovative solutions. You bring: + A bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering—or a strong background in technical or commercial discipline. + At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within an industrial environment. + Expertise in Sea Water Reverse Osmosis and/or Industrial Wastewater Reuse & Recycling (a strong advantage). You are proactive, self-motivated, and take full ownership of your work.
