We’re currently looking for a Product Manager - Energy Management Software to join our team in Le Lieu. Be Part of the Energy Transition! 

What you’ll do: Develop, maintain and execute the product strategy and roadmap for assigned products in the EMEA market, working closely with global software teams, cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets customer needs and achieves business objectives.Analyze market pricing and closely monitor end-to-end margins to coordinate pricing strategy in EMEA for assigned product lines.  Identify new business models as needed (go-to-market, packages, pricing model) together with Sales, Segment, and Service teams.Investigate and evaluate new market opportunities, including partnerships, and contribute to product line strategy planning. Track sales performance and drive the definition and deployment of growth initiatives, as well as necessary corrective actions throughout EMEA to achieve short and long-term business objectives. Gather voice of the customer, accumulate market knowledge of key targeted sub-segments, identify attractive use cases with critical customer values and related competitive offerings. Maintain a constant dialogue and strongly interface with the main vertical sales leaders and Segment leaders that are important to the product line. Contribute actively to new product development projects from the specification of market requirements to the launch of new product and the full product life cycle. Work with the Marcom team to develop and deploy relevant sales and marketing tools, positioning, campaigns, and sales enablement tools such as trainings and sales presentations. Contribute to the definition and execution of outbound marketing communication strategies for assigned product lines in EMEA. Receive escalation on pre-sales questions for assigned product lines in synchronization with Divisional Business Developers.Participate in growth initiatives together with other product lines in the BG offering to strengthen the solution value and value sales capabilities of BG. Collaborate globally with other regions and coordinate alignment for the global product roadmap.Qualifications: A University Degree from Business school or Master degree in engineering5+  years of experience as Product ManagerAt least 2 years of experience in Solar, Electric mobility or Electrical industry.Skills: Strong business acumen; understands the key financial drivers and dynamics related to growth and an organization’s revenue goals.Demonstrated product management functional expertise (portfolio management, marketing, new product development, strategy, product line performance) specific to digital and software offersPersonal interest for energy transition, home automation, renewable energies and software is a plus.Strategic thinking and product visionCustomer-centric and results-driven mindsetStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in international/matrix environmentsAdaptability to change and ambiguity; proactive and autonomousFluent in English (French or German is a plus)We offer Being part of a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, is well known in the industry, and has a major impact on the energy industry.Work in a company with commitment to Inclusion & Diversity and Sustainability (Foster an inclusive culture with a strategic goal to increase a female representation including in Leadership)Annual mentoring program, Eaton University, a reward, and recognition systemOngoing Learning and Career Development Opportunities in a global company.
