Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Product Manager in optimizing the offer portfolio and return on investment. Each day, you will ensure that ABB has full understanding of market requirements in a specific area and can transform those requirements into offer specifications and development activities. You will also showcase your expertise by performing various offer lifecycle activities supporting the development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability. The work model for the role is: hybridThis role is contributing to the Motion in Prague.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCreation of energy savings calculations and analysis of data from energy audits, evaluation of results, and development of recommendations for energy savings.•\tActive search for business opportunities with customers (primarily in the area of energy savings).•\tNegotiations with customers, maintaining long-term relationships with customers, identifying key customer needs, creating business offers, and resolving business cases.•\tMonitoring market and competitor situations.•\tPreparation of training, documentation, and support for internal teams.

Qualifications for the role

\tKnowledge of the economic environment in the Czech Republic (Knowledge of the Energy sector or another specific market segment in the Czech Republic).\tAdvanced knowledge of Czech and English (C1 - written and oral communication).\tArgumentation skills and communication abilities.\tCustomer orientation, independence, and proactive approach to work.\tFrequent travel within the Czech Republic.
