Product Manager - Debit

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Product Manager to play a pivotal role in go-to-market execution.  Defining product strategy based on a deep understanding of market challenges and innovative solutions informed by thorough research and analysis for our Payment product group, focused on Debit. In this role you will be joining a team of product managers focused on Debit, you will also work cross functionally with Technical Product Owners and Development teams, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to drive remarkable marketplace results.  The Debit Product Manager will:

Execute the go-to-market strategy for our Debit and ATM card products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including market research, product design, and implementation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value and customer impact.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for Debit and ATM card products.Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring service level agreements are met.Monitor product performance, using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement and optimize user experience.Provide training and support for internal teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.Oversee and manage new product enhancement requests and ideas, ensuring they align with the overall product strategy. Decline requests that do not fit the strategy promptly.Fulfill any additional duties assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.

Experience, Education & Certifications:

Experience with Payment preferably Debit4+ years’ relevant work experience specifically in Product Management, with recent go-to-market execution.Strategic Product Management Experience – Demonstrated success in defining and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and lifecycle management.Strong Market Research & Analytical Skills – Proven ability to gather, analyze, and apply market intelligence to define strategy and identify customer needs.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Skilled in partnering with architecture, engineering, marketing, and leadership to deliver business-aligned product outcomes.Financial Acumen – Experience developing business cases, pricing models, and ROI analyses to support strategic decisions and financial targets.Industry Thought Leadership – Ability to represent products and the company in industry settings as a knowledgeable and credible subject matter expert.Pragmatic Certification – Level II preferredExperience with Aha! or similar toolsMUST HAVE experience in Debit card and ATM, Plastics experience helpfulCommunity Bank experience helpful
