Product manager- Data & Analytics

We are seeking a data driven passionate **Product Manager (Data & Analytics)** with extensive experience in strategic IT roadmap development and tactical initiatives aligned with global strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ERP implementations, manufacturing operations support, and managing complex projects across multiple platforms. This role requires an individual with a strong background in digital transformation, adept at technology management, project scoping, risk management, and driving enterprise system performance to new heights.
WHAT YOU WILL DO (JOB RESPONSIBLITIES)
+ Manage the lifecycle of data projects and align them with business objectives.
+ Coordinate across teams to ensure timely execution.
+ Define project goals and deliverables.
+ Develop a deep understanding of data needs for the fueling industry and internal manufacturing operations to translate the needs into clear user stories.
+ Write, prioritize, and support stories for a global data engineering and BI team.
+ Break down new features and work with the data team members to get estimates following agile product management principles.
+ Recommend improvements to strategy, processes, plans, and future opportunities with a mindset of continuous improvement.
+ Assist in organizing and facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather input, track dependencies and ensure objectives within the SAFe Agile framework.
+ Participate in new product and feature design.
+ Serve as an internal subject matter expert on relevant data and analytics product and system integrations.
+ Manage Stakeholders across multiple time zones including partnering with North America, other regional and global teams.
+ 5+ years data analytics experience in agile product management on a data platform and/or expertise in a data-focused role in the manufacturing field.
+ 5+ years project management experience.
+ Experience working with JIRA.
+ Capable of managing competing priorities effectively and working across multiple teams and internal groups.
+ Able to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally within the organization.
+ Quickly adopt new technologies and tools.
+ Detail-oriented and quality-focused, while also able to understand the bigger picture.
+ Comfortable with resolving complex challenges.
+ Consistently deliver on commitments, taking ownership and overcoming obstacles.
+ Able to understand technical concepts and product operations.
Bachelor’s degree in production engineering or information technology preferred
