We are seeking a data driven passionate Product Manager (Data & Analytics) with extensive experience in strategic IT roadmap development and tactical initiatives aligned with global strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ERP implementations, manufacturing operations support, and managing complex projects across multiple platforms. This role requires an individual with a strong background in digital transformation, adept at technology management, project scoping, risk management, and driving enterprise system performance to new heights.

WHAT YOU WILL DO (JOB RESPONSIBLITIES)

\n\nManage the lifecycle of data projects and align them with business objectives.\nCoordinate across teams to ensure timely execution.\nDefine project goals and deliverables.\nDevelop a deep understanding of data needs for the fueling industry and internal manufacturing operations to translate the needs into clear user stories. \nWrite, prioritize, and support stories for a global data engineering and BI team. \nBreak down new features and work with the data team members to get estimates following agile product management principles. \nRecommend improvements to strategy, processes, plans, and future opportunities with a mindset of continuous improvement. \nAssist in organizing and facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather input, track dependencies and ensure objectives within the SAFe Agile framework.\nParticipate in new product and feature design. \nServe as an internal subject matter expert on relevant data and analytics product and system integrations. \nManage Stakeholders across multiple time zones including partnering with North America, other regional and global teams. \n\n5+ years data analytics experience in agile product management on a data platform and/or expertise in a data-focused role in the manufacturing field.\n5+ years project management experience.\nExperience working with JIRA.\nCapable of managing competing priorities effectively and working across multiple teams and internal groups. \nAble to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally within the organization.\nQuickly adopt new technologies and tools. \nDetail-oriented and quality-focused, while also able to understand the bigger picture. \n Comfortable with resolving complex challenges. \nConsistently deliver on commitments, taking ownership and overcoming obstacles. \n Able to understand technical concepts and product operations.\n\n

Bachelor’s degree in production engineering or information technology preferred
