Summary of This Role
The Billing Solutions Product team drives Heartland’s Bill Pay product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap while working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for our customers. We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and commercialize products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
What Part Will You Play?
Become a subject matter expert on the Bill Pay productTake ownership of the product roadmap and contribute to overall product strategyWrite high-quality product briefs, epics, and storiesCollaborate with internal partners, stakeholders, and the Product Management team to lead the creation and execution of the product roadmap for assigned areas.Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritizationResponsible for the full product life-cycle, including product and feature analysis, initiation, go-to-market strategy, prioritization, and performanceUnderstand the problems and needs of stakeholders and effectively communicate and prioritize this to the Agile development teams Work in an Agile environment and continuously review business needs, refine priorities, track and communicate milestone and deliverable status, and identify opportunities and risksLiaise with Operational and IT teams to optimize boarding and support processes, including escalating troubleshooting to a higher level when problems ariseUnderstand and keep up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics Create documentation and content to support new features and the overall customer experienceWhat Are We Looking For in This Role?Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degreeFour (4) years of product or project development experience in a software, SaaS, or fin-tech companyProactive, self-starter with excellent product or project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire internal partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignmentCrafting external customer communications and maintenance notificationsHigh degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountabilityProven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycleExperience in writing product documentation, feature requirements, user stories, managing and prioritizing backlogsCustomer-first mindset with a focus on execution and resolution
