As part of our growth we are looking for an Avionics Product Manager within our Products and Services Department, to join our team in Madrid. The portfolio to be managed will be mainly formed by Tecnobit - Grupo Oesía systems and on-board computers, a brand that combines the competences of Avionics where the Group has more than 40 years of experience.

 

What are some of the functions you will perform?

Development of the Product Manager function combining the knowledge of the aeronautical market and the mastery of the main technological trends in avionics.Define, update and communicate internally the Avionics product family strategy, helping to expand the portfolio and achieve business objectives in a global market.Generate new Avionics product concepts, based on identified technologies and market knowledge. Launch innovation initiatives consistent with the Avionica product family roadmap.To have a sustainable, competitive and balanced Avionics product family (present/avant-garde), ensuring that the products developed meet market expectations.Maximize the commercial development of Avionica's portfolio ensuring the achievement of sales targets and profitability of its products.Lead the internal management of Avionica's product family: financial management, forecasting, obsolescence management, etc.Ensure the positioning of Avionica products in the markets of interest, driving business development activities with potential customers and partners and providing sales support.To internally exercise the leadership of Avionica's product family, contributing to the search for synergies between different areas and brands of the company.
