Product Manager Animal Health (m/f/d)

The position

We are currently seeking a strategic and collaborative Product Manager Animal Health to join our Animal Health Regional Center (RCV) in Vienna. In this role, you will be responsible for selected countries within the RCV region, driving the development and execution of product strategies and tactics. You will work closely with and steer our local marketing colleagues and partners to ensure alignment and successful implementation of regional objectives.

Tasks & responsibilities

Develop and lead the regional product strategy and tactical plans for assigned countries, ensuring alignment with overall business goalsGuide and support local marketing teams and partners in the implementation of strategies, campaigns, and initiativesAnalyze market dynamics, customer insights, and performance data to identify opportunities and optimize product positioningAct as the central point of contact for product-related matters across the region, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharingMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, ensuring KPIs are met and best practices are applied across markets

Requirements

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in product management or marketing (experience in the healthcare or animal health industry is a plus)Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans across multiple marketsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional and cross-cultural collaborationAnalytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-makingProficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and relevant business toolsBusiness fluency in English (Russian is a plus)

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 78.000 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
