This role requires a versatile individual capable of adapting to evolving product needs and handling diverse responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both the management and engineering aspects of product analytics within our FPI organization. The role will involve working closely with various teams, including Ford Pro Intelligence (FPI) Product, Engineering, GTM, and Product Marketing. **What you'll do...** + Manage all product analytics. Partner with engineers and stakeholders to identify data needs, data analysis, and productized dashboards/reports. + Define and drive the product roadmap for analytics tool (Ampliude). This includes all continuous implementation of product tracking in both web/mobile apps. + Support all ad hoc data analysis request from stakeholders in Exec, Product, Engineering, Sales/Marketing. + Establish and maintain key metrics, collaborating with internal teams to define, improve and strategize on reaching goal metrics. **You'll have...** + Bachelor's degree required. + 3-5 years of experience in product management and/or data analytics. + Experience with data analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics. + Experience with Jira. + Experience with Reporting tools such as Google Looker Studio. + Some math/statistics background to present data with “basic” statistics. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail. + Ability to query and analyze large data sets. SQL/Python. **Even better, you may have...** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. + Master's degree preferred. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
