As a Product Manager in the Chief Data and Analytics Office, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Job responsibilities Design and implement AI governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for ethical AI use. Ensure compliance with AI regulations, including GDPR and CCPA. Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI technologies, such as data privacy and bias. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate AI governance into the AI/ML lifecycle. Implement MLOps practices for machine learning model compliance. Establish monitoring mechanisms for AI governance compliance. Present updates and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders. Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes in AI governance. Develop product strategy and vision to deliver customer value. Manage discovery efforts and market research for product roadmap integration. Own and develop a product backlog supporting strategic roadmap. Track product success metrics like cost, risk posture, and reliability. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback for product enhancements. Define product requirements and prioritize features based on impact and value. Partner with marketing and client engagement teams for product launches. Serve as a subject matter expert on AI/ML technologies and trends.ility Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years in product management or relevant domain; Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Strong understanding of AI/ML, data governance, MLOps, and technology risk/compliance. Proven business analysis skills and ability to drive operational change. Familiarity with AI governance standards like NIST AI RMF, GDPR, CCPA. Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle and data analytics. Experience with big data technologies, GenAI use cases, and cloud computing platforms. Proven leadership in product life cycle activities and strategic development. Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments. Drive product vision and strategy for AI outcomes; partner with business lines for AI use cases. Technical expertise in retrieval-augmented generation, Python, SQL, and financial services analytics. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; experience with cloud services and solution engineering. Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools; experience with program/project management software.
