Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Related Field required 4–6 years of progressive experience in product management, business analysis, or technology delivery Experience in AI, SaaS, or digital platforms preferred Experience in customer engagement, solution design, or technology delivery 1–2 years in a leadership or team coordination capacity preferred (informal leadership acceptable) Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams Understanding of AI technologies and their business applications Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements Familiarity with Agile development practices Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions Up to 10% of the time Domestic and International Travel

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $93,600 to $117,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
