Product Manager Ad-Hoc Analysis - Clients & Digital (H/F)

At Chanel, the digital transformation of our business model is accelerating, especially within our Europe Regional Digital teams. As Product Manager for Ad Hoc Analysis, you will be at the heart of our Client Analytics Team, working to deepen our understanding of client behaviors and deliver strategic insights that shape every aspect of our omni-channel client journey. This role is essentially for those passionate about using data to create value, bridging physical and digital client touchpoints, and enabling all our divisions (Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty and Watches & Fine Jewelry) to make data informed decisions.

You will report to the Client Analytics Manager and collaborate closely with our Senior Data Analyst to lead a squad of 3 Data Analysts. You will operate within an agile Framework to deliver impactful and productized Ad hoc Analyses.

To do so, you will also collaborate closely with all our divisions, fostering collaboration and harmonizing efforts across Europe, the Middle East and Swiss Markets. As well as both the Client BI and Client AI squads as Ad hoc analyses are strategical for both teams.

Your main missions are, as follows:

Squad Leadership

Lead a Squad of 3 Data Analysts in an agile framework (Scrum like)Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and data-driven problem-solving.

Product Management

Lead the discovery, prioritize the most impactful analyses and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and accurate delivery of ad hoc analysesEnsure an optimal management of the backlogMeasure the satisfaction of our internal partners to always improve our process and analysis

Client & Digital Data Analyses

Collaborate closely with the business teams to understand their data needs and priorities.Ensure that analyses are tailored to address specific business questions and challenges.Develop an offer of "on the shelf" Ad hoc analysis with the Senior Data Analyst to proactively follow along our customer journeyStay informed about industry trends

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

You have a proven experience (+3 years) in product management, ideally within data analytics, digital analytics, or client insights rolesYou are well-versed in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and know how to facilitate agile ceremoniesYou have a strong background in data analysis, with a deep understanding of data manipulation, visualization and story tellingEffective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders both in French and EnglishFamiliar with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
