Connect or translate between business and technical

· Build the strategic roadmap of the product and lead on-going product lifecycle governance

· Facilitate the value prop, data and analytics that matter, and technical readiness with the Business Owner

· Promote enterprise digital strategy, leveraging the power and value of our ONE Ecolab digital brand to empower business growth

· Interact with customers, assisting on the ‘digital sale’

· Identify opportunities for business-led delivery, and provide consultative support in understanding trade-offs and developing consensus

· Protect and grow margins through product management

· Drive innovation leadership all the way from idea creation through market execution

· Promote new technology opportunities and trends to business partners

· Communicate emerging business and consumer trends to delivery teams

· Broker internal and external resources

· Collaborate with delivery team(s) to deliver prioritized features, functional support, financial management, and release management

· Manages and leads high level project plans and communicates status updates to stakeholders

· Deliver the best outcome-based solutions to our customers through digital programs and products

· Coach employees to make use of technology and information

· Lead business analysts, knows what the team can deliver, and drives delivery commitments

· Attract, develop and retain capable digital marketing talen
