Prioritizing the product backlog, refining user stories, and ensuring the solutions meet business needs and user expectations.

Facilitate and Lead the Inception workshop session and collaborate with business stakeholders and Product Management team and thoroughly understand the business needs based on the Business requirements documents/Capability documents and breakdown the Capability Ability to Statements into Feature and create the Feature backlog.

Facilitate the Feature sequencing session to prioritize the Feature to achieve the business goals on each PI.

Facilitate the requirements gathering sessions and Lead the Feature Refinement, Rapid Design Workshop (RDW) and Rapid Solution Workshop (RSW) sessions and collaborate with business stakeholders, Business SME, Business Analyst, Solution Architect and System Engineer to convert the business requirements into viable solutions and system design and identify the operational pain points and designing scalable.

Facilitate the Feature Handoff to Agile team to implement the functionality based on the Feature requirements.

Support the Agile team and review and respond to the inquiries and clarifications needed and help the team members to understand the scope and the requirements.

Breakdown the Feature into user story and effectively writes and refines user stories, including clear and accurate acceptance criteria and on relative sizing of story points for the Features.

Facilitate the backlog refinement sessions and update the Product backlog items to ensure they are clear, detailed and prioritized for upcoming sprints.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and foster a collaborative environment.

Act as liaison between stakeholders (Product, Business, IT, Executive/Leadership team and functional or technical teams) by effectively managing expectations and fostering clear communication.

Participate on the story elaboration session and review and update the User story card and business rule documentation and provide the signoff.

Participate in PI planning, collaborate with the team, and write the PI objectives and review with Business stakeholders for scoring the Business values and readout the Committed and Uncommitted objectives on the assigned Features for the team and call out on the dependencies and risks on the draft plan review and final plan review.

Support the Agile team for planning the stories for each iteration in PI during PI planning breakout session and to identify the risk and dependencies and update the ART PI Planning Team board.

Collaborate with Scrum master, Business Analyst and Development team for proficiency implementation of the project requirements to ensure it meets the business needs.

Collaborate with Agile testing team and review the test results and outputs and participate on an internal demo on the user stories completed on each iteration and review and accept the story.

Acts as liaison and collaborate with various teams and external vendors and downstream and integration teams for proficiency implementation of the project requirements and for the data to be passed to downstream
