Partner with Product Owners to plan for infrastructure, platform support, and observability needs for new market launches.  Partner with stakeholders and other product teams to gather top-level scope and requirements. Capture, track, and provide status on top risks, actions, issues, and dependencies. Identify key decision points for escalation and maintain decision logs. Communicate regular updates to stakeholders and the Yum! SRE Leadership Team. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the product team. Encourage experimentation and adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
