Job Description A restaurant industry client of Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to join their team. This person will be working on multiple systems related projects. The main project this person will be supporting is related to a Backoffice system that integrates into the point-of-sale system within stores. This system is the one stop shop for restaurant operators to gain access to reports related to sales, self-service user management and permissions, manage the order ahead functionality, etc. This person will be working with a variety of different stakeholders (operators, senior leaders, engineering teams, etc.). This person is expected to have strong API Integration experience. This team is looking for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity as the project priorities change from time to time. This person is also expected to be comfortable demoing system upgrades to anywhere from 10-100 users at any given time. This team is looking for someone who has the ability to empathize with store operators and understand that the primary goal of this system is to eliminate as many friction points as possible and make back-office tasks easier. This person is also expected to be able to take business needs and translate them into technical requirements for the engineering teams, write stories, and manage a backlog. $65/hr to $70/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
