Overview Job Purpose ICE Bonds is a leading provider of electronic fixed income trading solutions that provides firms with access to centralized liquidity and automated, cost-efficient trade execution services. From inventory and order management to back office and clearing, our product suite easily integrates with existing systems. Fully automated and STP-enabled, it allows systems to connect across the life of the trade to streamline processes and regulatory reporting. Comprised of three leading fixed income electronic trading platforms, which include BondPoint, TMC and Creditex, ICE Bonds allows clients to view and execute transactions in a broad array of fixed income products through a suite of execution protocols, including: Corporate Bonds Municipals Bonds Structured Notes Agencies Treasuries CDs Emerging Markets We are seeking a candidate for a new role within the product team that will have a focus on supporting clients leveraging our customized Broker/Advisor platform. Referred to as our private label, this application provides workflow solutions for key clients in managing their customer order flow. The role will initially be focused on the day-to-day support of clients, which includes handling client inquiries and requests. Due to the high degree of customization of the platform, the position is structured to allow for the candidate to develop an understanding of the clients’ specific workflows and product functionality, including front-end user experience and post trade integrations. The position’s responsibilities will later include helping develop the business requirements for new features and functionality as well as assist in identifying opportunities in existing and new client implementations. The role requires working closely with the internal business and development teams as well as key clients. This position will report to Sr. Director of ATS Platform and Product Management. Responsibilities Client support – Coordination of response to client queries and issues Sales Management Support – Coordination and communication on new initiatives Coordinate product initiatives for new client integrations and key client enhancements Development of business requirements for project work items focused on overall front-end customer experience and workflows Manage and develop business and client workflow profiles Knowledge and Experience Confident, self-starter who embraces change and enjoys working in a fast-paced, demanding environment Ability to interact effectively with clients and internal partners Strong communication and presentation skills Strong work ethic Ability to understand business activities Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Four-year bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, finance or accounting, or related discipline Financial Services industry professional with fixed income 2-5years of experience/knowledge preferred but not required #LI-MA2
