This role focuses on supporting various internet reliability and mobile backhaul projects. _Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Rate: $60 - $68 / hr. w2 **Responsibilities:** + **Market Research:** Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive products. + **Feature Evaluation:** Assess the effectiveness of current product features and recommend new features or enhancements. + **Requirements Gathering:** Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders to inform project scope and objectives. + **Stakeholder Communication:** Act as a liaison between business and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, including the ability to compile executive-facing materials (e.g., PowerPoint). + **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:** Work closely with Engineering, IT, and others to ensure that the product meets user needs and business goals. + **Use Case Development:** Lead use case development to outline the customer experience based on associated product requirements and business rules. + **Define Go-To-Market:** Partner with Mobile Product and Marketing Offer Management on the go-to-market approach. **Experience Requirements:** + Experience in mobile/cellular technology + Product management/development + Executive-facing communication (written/oral) + cross functional communication - can communicate technical requirements with development/testing teams and convey proper messaging to strategic stakeholders + Documenting/building requirements for product via Jira/Confluence or similar tool _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
