ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to understand their claims strategy and operational configuration to advise on how to best utilize Guidewire Industry Intel predictive scores
Assist with strategic roadmap development for predictive models through customer research and industry understanding
Interface with Customer Success, Sales and Marketing to assist with product sales and provide industry leadership
Additional work assignments not related to specific project work such as new feature development, external data research, providing user feedback on new products and tools under development
QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree or equivalent industry experience
Passion for driving measurable business improvement to loss and expense ratios
5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in data management and predictive analytics
Deep experience with US/Canadian P&C standard lines of business
Prior experience as a claims manager, ideally across multiple lines of business.
Experience and skill in communicating with both technical and non-technical personnel
Ability to plan and carry out projects with minimal direction
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with desire to solve problems
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000 - $245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
