Job DescriptionVisa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Product Manager (multiple openings) in Austin, TX to:
Execute the platform vision, strategy, roadmap of the VADP platform suits.
Manage end-to-end execution of platform development.Participate and provide business input to the design and technology discussions.Lead and collaborate with teams across Visa to align VADP with Visa Global strategy, product suite, and processes.Define and prioritize platform requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and communicate them clearly to the development team and stakeholders.Work with Product, Research, Data Scientists, Architecture, Engineering, UX teams, Security, and others to deliver common outcome.Onboard new products into VADP platform.Present findings, results, and value proposition to clients.Participate and provide business input to the design and technology discussions.Develop high-quality resilient scalable platform capabilities.Create and deliver platform pitches and demos to internal and external stakeholders to share new platform capabilities.Manage a technical, API driven product platform, in a technically complex environment.Exhibit technical fluency with peers and product development partners to communicate business requirements, features, and user stories to ensure success.Foster positive relationships with colleagues and influencing across organizational boundaries in a highly matrixed and distributed organization, with clients, and partners.Function as the primary advocate for the platform across Visa.Take a creative and design thinking approach to develop innovative solutions to industry challenges.Become go-to-person for VADP platform representing the product and product strategy.Position reports to the Austin, Texas office and may allow for partial telecommuting.Some domestic travel may be required. The position of Product Manager may require domestic travel up to 1% of the time to company offices across the United States to complete the stated job duties. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a product manager-related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Product Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, and 2years of experience in the job offered or in a product manager-related occupation

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $124,700.00 USD to $199,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
