Protective Industrial Products
Job Summary:
Product Manager for Freeport, Illinois with Protective Industrial Products.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Manage and drive global Grounding, Jumpers, Hotstick, and Insulator Product Lines including accountability for top line sales and Profit & Loss.
+ May include future responsibility of Rubber Blankets and Line Hoses.
+ Define and deliver on winning portfolio strategy through a clear roadmap.
+ Define and bring to market new products/solutions. (NPIs)
+ Drive commercial launch and ongoing demand/profit optimization initiatives to achieve financial targets.
+ Define go-to-market/commercial strategies for portfolio.
+ Set and optimize pricing to deliver on growth and profitability objectives.
+ Product Lifecyle management with respect to grounding and jumper product portfolio.
+ Manage and own development of Grounding offering configurator.
+ Sales training on new product launches.
+ Handle technical products and application queries.
+ Conduct market research and VOC.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
+ 2-3 Years of Product Management or Product Marketing Experience.
+ Moderate Microsoft Excel experience.
+ Experience in safety or electrical.
