Job Title: Product Manager Description Our client is looking for a technically savvy professional to lead engineering-driven market analysis and innovation initiatives. This role involves deep market and competitive research, identifying technical pain points, and driving product development from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will collaborate across engineering and product teams to shape strategy, ensure technical feasibility, and deliver differentiated solutions aligned with customer needs. Job Responsibilities: + Conduct Engineering Market Analysis: Perform in-depth market research and competitive benchmarking with a focus on technical product attributes. Analyze business performance data (unit volumes, revenue, margins) to uncover trends and inform product strategy. + Identify and Quantify Technical Pain Points: Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to surface and validate engineering challenges. Apply structured innovation frameworks to translate insights into actionable development initiatives. + Drive Innovation Projects: Lead or support innovation efforts from concept through launch, ensuring solutions are technically differentiated and aligned with customer needs. + Collaborate Across Engineering and Product Teams: Partner closely with Product Development, R&D, and cross-functional teams throughout all stages of the innovation lifecycle. Ensure alignment on technical feasibility, design requirements, and time-to-market goals. + Support Strategic Decision-Making: Provide engineering input into product roadmaps, investment priorities, and go-to-market strategies based on data-driven insights. Additional Skills & Qualifications + BS in Business Management, Marketing, or Engineering - MBA preferred + 3-5 years of overall experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Marketing, and/or Product Development + Packaging experience in the Food, Beverage and/or Personal/Household Care Industries (preferred) Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
