As a Product Manager, you’ll go above and beyond to provide solutions to meet our customer needs. You’ll need to think ahead, developing a yearly plan and thinking tactically. Alongside you’ll participate in exciting discussions about our future, collaborating with colleagues across the business to plan strategically.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
· Developing and integrating processes and planning and creating customer solutions to contribute to business strategy and growth
· Leading on solution and technical discussions with clients, and presentations and preparation of proposal documents.
· Communicating and presenting technical information efficiently to senior business leaders and other stakeholders.
· Managing complex project processes to define the best approach for varied customer needs.
· Working closely with sales and global teams to satisfy local clients’ requirements and expectations.
· Liaising with key clients and collaborating with stakeholders on complicated processes, adapting style to suit your audience.
· Supporting business targets in Orders and Sales.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a Bachelor in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
· Have at least 10 years’ experience in Commercial/Technical Support/Product role with solid-performance proof.
· Have extensive experience in process transmitter or measurement instrumentation business.
· Have ability to build trust and develop influential relationships internally as well as externally in customer organization.
· Show good, general technical knowledge of energy technology products and services, alongside customer needs and requirements.
· Demonstrate the ability to lead multi-region programs or projects, carry out problem analysis and understand cost-control.
· Have good communication skills in English and Chinese. Be willing to travel as required.
