In this role, you'll lead the delivery of marketing-focused initiatives for our website, supporting business goals through cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution.The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong background in content management systems, product delivery, and developing technical solutions and processes to streamline implementation.Responsibilities: Partner with business, technology, and vendor teams to define and deliver new features and functionality. Manage intake requests from marketing teams for new or updated web content, working across departments including technology, legal, finance, creative, and other product stakeholders. Translate business needs into actionable product deliverables such as epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, project briefs, and requirements documentation. Serve as the primary product representative for marketing-related initiatives, facilitating daily coordination and execution. Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across departments using presentations, written updates, and both formal and informal meetings. Support defect triage by collaborating with technical and production teams to identify issues and coordinate resolutions. Execute digital product strategy to improve both guest and internal user experiences. Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Jira. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, design, copywriting, tech) to ensure asset delivery aligns with project timelines. Perform QA validation in staging and production environments to ensure deliverables meet requirements. Work closely with internal partners to understand their strategic roadmap and communicate priorities to product leadership and technical teams. Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure proper tracking implementation. Maintain process documentation and guides in internal knowledge repositories (e.g., Wiki). Support the build, configuration, and maintenance of digital experiences, including occasional on-call support to ensure uptime. Assist with ticket prioritization and assignment in coordination with content and product leads. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field. Proven ability to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality digital products on time. Experience navigating technical, business, and user experience challenges in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Smartsheet. Experience with CMS platforms and content publishing workflows. Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and curious with a strategic mindset. Able to manage multiple high-priority projects and adjust quickly to changing priorities. Flexible, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement. Comfortable working independently and taking initiative across a range of tasks. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle.
