The Product Manager (PM) plays a pivotal leadership role in maximizing the value delivered by product teams. They ensure that teams have a clear understanding of customer requirements and the associated business value. As a leader, the PM fosters a product-centric culture, guiding cross-functional teams toward delivering impactful solutions aligned with strategic goals.
The PM is responsible for creating repeatable, scalable content that communicates product concepts and drives adoption across all customer segments. This includes thought leadership in areas such as Continuous Delivery (CD), Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud deployments, and Container management and delivery, ensuring the product strategy is informed by deep technical understanding and market trends.
As a product management leader, the PM:
Ultimately, the PM is the content authority and strategic driver for the product, accountable for aligning the backlog with business priorities and ensuring the success of clients and customers using the solutions.
Responsibilities:
· Interact with all customers and understand where products need to go to drive business value
· Determine “what” goes into all our products
· Critical contributor and driver of the roadmap for Cloud Operations quarterly roadmaps
· Ensure that Roadmaps include both Functional and Non-functional items are accounted for in roadmap
· Ensure we have a readily available path to production that considerers and covers, compliance, security, operations and other common disciplines
· Clear vision for roadmap highlights (each with revenue potential and customer pipeline)
· Clear roadmap for 12 sprints
· Committed plan to delivered roadmap highlights
· List of customers pains and value adding elements
· Collect and owner, customer by customer Enhancements/features
· Learning the customers' and market's requirements
· Elicit and collect stakeholder requests
· Coach/ support development team's questions and resolve conflict regarding features and requirements
· Deliver input for Product Owners
· Support roll-out of the system, presentation, workshops, training for sales and engineering
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
· BA in computer science, information systems, or related field.
· Previous working experience as a product owner.
· In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
· Strong presentation skills.
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

The pay range for this position is 151300 - 272400 annually with a target incentive of 10 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
