Product Manager
- We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle and development initiatives for our telecom customer service and application portfolio. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions that align with evolving market demands and business opportunities. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, IT, and Engineering to define product requirements, drive development, and ensure successful go-to-market execution.

Product Lifecycle Management:
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Define and document cross-functional product requirements in partnership with stakeholders across Marketing, Engineering, IT, and Operations.

Customer Experience Focus:
- Champion the voice of the customer to deliver an industry-leading experience across all service and application touchpoints.

Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Translate high-level business objectives into actionable product strategies and roadmaps. Execute approved plans with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Process Optimization:
- Analyze and deconstruct high-level process goals into detailed sub-processes. Develop clear documentation and communication plans for stakeholders.

Product Strategy Development:
Support the creation and communication of product strategies, particularly those involving new services and features that drive revenue and customer engagement.

Product Launches & Enhancements:
- Lead the launch and continuous improvement of products within the customer service and application portfolio.
- Can pay $55-58/h
