Product Manager

Unleash the power of sales tech to drive results. 

As a product manager at Gallup, you’ll lead the strategy, implementation and evolution of our CRM, CPQ and other platforms — critical tools that power our revenue engine. With a sharp eye for scalability and efficiency, you’ll heavily influence future growth initiatives and transform sales systems into Gallup’s competitive advantage. Partnering with stakeholders across the organization, you’ll ensure our sales technology delivers clarity, ease and impact for our teams.

What You’ll Do 

Own the vision, roadmap and execution of Gallup’s CRM and CPQ platforms to grow enterprise B2B sales in a professional services environment Integrate sales technologies with key business platforms, including ERP, e-commerce, marketing automation and customer success systems Align tools with the needs of sales, operations, marketing and finance to drive adoption and productivity Analyze platform performance and use insights to guide continuous improvement Select tools strategically to balance current needs with long-term scalability Bridge communication between technical and nontechnical stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements through development, launch and optimization Stay current on sales tech trends to evolve Gallup’s growth enablement strategy 

What Makes You Stand Out

SaaS-services synergy: You’re experienced in managing sophisticated B2B products that require custom pricing, complex implementation and long sales cycles. Sharp product intuition: You’ve guided teams toward scalable, user-friendly solutions, confidently said “no” or “not yet” when needed, and protected long-term roadmap priorities in a complex, service-oriented environment. End-to-end implementation leadership: You have a proven track record of launching enterprise platforms from the ground up and driving adoption across cross-functional teams. Systems integration and optimization: You’ve connected sales systems with broader business platforms like ERP, marketing automation and customer success tools, and used data to enhance visibility, efficiency and performance. Tool fluency and data strategy: You have deep experience with AI, workflow automation, custom reporting tools and data integrity, and you know how to strategically choose the right tool for the job and translate insights into action.

What You Need 

At least five years of product management experience owning sales technology platforms including CRM and CPQ required Experience overhauling enterprise B2B sales systems required Experience working in the professional services industry preferred Must live within a 60-mile radius of San Francisco  A commitment to working on-site at a local Gallup workspace in San Francisco at least three days a week required Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

Gallup offers a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and other insurance options; a fully vested 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching; an employee stock ownership program; mass transit reimbursement; family-building benefits; an employee assistance program; and various reimbursements and activities that enhance our associates’ wellbeing. We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $150,000-$185,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills.
