Position Overview

Are you excited about optimizing the employee experience through innovative digital solutions? We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Employee Experiences Product Manager to focus on new employee onboarding and lifecycle experience. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the work environment, ensuring employees have the best tools and resources from day one through their entire career lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and manage the overall strategy and product roadmap for digital employee experiences, with a particular focus on onboarding and lifecycle processes

Lifecycle Engagement: Design, implement, and optimize employee lifecycle management solutions to ensure a seamless and engaging experience from pre-boarding through development, advancement, and exit processes

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with PPL, IT, Communications, and other departments to align product solutions with business needs and expectations. Facilitate regular communication and updates with stakeholders

Problem Solving: Analyze and address pain points throughout the employee lifecycle. Innovate and implement solutions to enhance engagement and productivity

User Research: Conduct regular user research sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on digital solutions. Ensure employee needs and preferences are incorporated into product development

Product Development: Work closely with the development team to define product specifications, oversee implementation, and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements

Performance Monitoring: Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of DEX initiatives. Continuously monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes

Change Management: Lead and support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions across the organization

Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage external vendors and tools that contribute to the digital employee experience

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field

 3-5 years of experience in a product-focused role, including managing roadmaps, stakeholder relationships, and delivering successful product outcomes

Strong understanding of product management principles and best practices

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Experience with user research, data analysis, and performance metrics

Ability to think strategically and execute effectively

Familiarity with HR and employee lifecycle processes is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in HR technology or employee experience platforms

Master’s degree in a related field

Certification in Product Management (e.g., PMP, CSPO)

Knowledge of change management principles and Agile methodology

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $105,800 and $182,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
