Product Manager

Position Summary: 

The Product Manager at Globus Medical plays a pivotal role in driving product innovation and market success within the musculoskeletal industry. This position is responsible for collaborating with management to develop strategic objectives, conducting market analysis, and overseeing product development from concept through post-launch. The individual will manage project timelines, coordinate design reviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the role involves supporting the sales team, delivering clinical education, and providing on-site operating room support. Candidates should possess strong project management skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 
 

Essential Functions: 

Collaborates with management to establish strategic plans and objectives 

Conducts market analysis to identify opportunities for new products and line extensions 

Develops biomechanical, pre-clinical, and clinical data supporting product innovation 

Creates and manages project plans with engineering counterparts 

Leads coordination of design reviews, V&V testing, cadaver labs, and team meetings 

Ensures high-quality documentation of DHFs, DMRs, and DHRs per regulatory standards 

Develops marketing plans for new product introductions 

Creates sales tools and training collateral (technique guides, brochures, sales binders) 

Forecasts and manages inventory needs in collaboration with operations and supply chain 

Monitors product performance via revenue, adoption, and customer feedback 

Gathers post-launch insights from end users and field teams to guide future iterations 

Supports the sales team with product positioning, demos, and value messaging 

Delivers clinical education to surgeons, OR staff, and sales representatives 

Provides direct on-site operating room support during surgical procedures 

Acts as a field-based resource to resolve technical issues and reinforce proper technique use 

Serves as the voice of the customer, translating clinical feedback into actionable improvements 

Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies 

Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role 

Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties of Globus

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience. 

Previous experience in medical devices or healthcare preferred 

Demonstrated expertise in project management with strong communication skills 

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and initiatives effectively, leveraging team and managerial support 

Strong customer focus with a results-driven mindset 

Willingness to travel up to 20%
