Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Product Manager to join our Amstar technology department where you’ll join a team of 20 Product Managers and Product Owners who love what they do. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Amstar software development team where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to drive digital initiatives across Amstar and Trisept platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, balances long-term vision with short-term delivery and enjoys translating business needs into scalable product solutions. In addition to traditional product management responsibilities, this role includes select product ownership activities such as story refinement and backlog grooming to support seamless Agile execution.
Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned to business outcomes.Own feature lifecycle from ideation through delivery and post-launch optimization.Collaborate with UX, engineering and business stakeholders to define and validate requirements.Write and refine features, user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure development readiness.Lead cross-functional workgroups to solve business challenges with product-led solutions.Prioritize the backlog in coordination with business value, risk and technical feasibility.Present roadmap updates, feature performance and strategic priorities to senior stakeholders.Support product discovery efforts through user feedback, journey mapping and competitive research.Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.The Opportunity
