Our best-in-class Logistics Product Management team is a dynamic, cross-functional group of technology innovators responsible for the P&L of some of the most trusted and industry-leading SaaS solutions leveraged by our customers across Rail and Ports. How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Digital Intelligence Logistics Product Management, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development and management of our digital platform services as well as customer-facing shipper products. As the product manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of these products. You will define, develop and maintain the vision, strategy and roadmap while collaborating with other product managers, engineering, TPMs, and other functional groups to execute the product strategy across the businesses, partners and customers.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological ecosystem by managing product platform, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring our solutions meet evolving market demands. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver innovative, customer-centric digital solutions that transform rail operations and create significant business value.

As a domain expert for the Logistics platform services, you will define, develop and maintain the vision, strategy and roadmap for platform services and shipper productsWill conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs and define clear product requirementsWill collaborate with cross-functional teams and customer personas, continuously groom the backlog and prioritize features and capabilitiesLead discovery sessions both internally and externally, gather feedback on a periodic basis and incorporate into product strategyWill engage at technical levels to drive the success of platform servicesIdentify and measure product performance metrics, analyze market competitiveness and be responsible for overall success of the platform/ productsWill work closely with engineering, design, commercial, architecture and PMO teamsConduct regular product performance reviews and market competitiveness assessmentsFacilitate communication and alignment across different organizational unitsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholdersThis role may also assist in initial discovery and evaluating new opportunities from time to time including business case development, market analysis, build and test value hypotheses etc.What about the physical demands of the job?

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between
$89,100.00-$126,900.00The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
