Job Description One of our customers within the Oil and Gas industry is looking for a product manager whose primary focus is to be the voice of the customer for the customer's midstream product. They will own discovery, field validation, and relationship development. This is a hybrid, client facing role. Responsibilities: - Conduct frequent customer and prospect visits and workflow shadowing with shippers, pipeline operators, and schedulers. - Build deep customer empathy and maintain a real-time feedback loop into product planning. - Support pre-sales conversations, pilots, and implementation feedback. - Lead Voice of Customer programs and qualitative user research. - Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to refine product-market fit. - Identify and champion field-discovered product opportunities.
