Job Description
One of our customers within the Oil and Gas industry is looking for a product manager whose primary focus is to be the voice of the customer for the customer's midstream product. They will own discovery, field validation, and relationship development. This is a hybrid, client facing role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct frequent customer and prospect visits and workflow shadowing with shippers, pipeline operators, and schedulers.
- Build deep customer empathy and maintain a real-time feedback loop into product planning.
- Support pre-sales conversations, pilots, and implementation feedback.
- Lead Voice of Customer programs and qualitative user research.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to refine product-market fit.
- Identify and champion field-discovered product opportunities.
Success Metrics:
- Actionable insights delivered to roadmap
- Number of customer visits / discovery sessions
- Feature adoption / satisfaction post-release
Pay: $120,000 - $130,000

Skills and Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the oil and gas sector, more specifically within the midstream sector.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with the technical aspects of product development and lifecycle management
- Experience in managing client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Previous experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to manage and nurture client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, including engineering, marketing and sales null
