ROLE SUMMARY

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and delivering best-in-class financial products that support the company’s strategic objectives. This includes managing the full product lifecycle - from identifying customer needs and shaping product strategy to working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption. The role requires strong business acumen, product leadership, and a hands-on approach to execution.

 

ROLE PROFILE

Develop product strategy & metrics and create buy-in and alignment throughout the organisation and within your teamIdentify customer and business requirements through research and stakeholder inputs.Define and maintain detailed product requirements and user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment across teamsBuild backlog in terms of user stories, prioritize its items to achieve business goals, continuously keep the backlog up to dateMonitor delivery progress, resolve blockers, and ensure features are released on time and to quality standards.Act as the primary point of contact for engineering on day-to-day product execution, clarifying requirements and providing context.Foster collaboration and accountability across engineering, design, and QA.Champion a user-first mindset within the product and delivery teams.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering or related field8+ years of strong experience owning and delivering customer facing digital productsBackground that comprises both solid business understanding as well as high-level understanding of high-quality digital product deliveryExperience on financial solutions, including Card issuing/digital banking/paymentsPrevious experience in start-ups or similar dynamic digital environmentUnderstanding of commercial goals and how to implement design changes to achieve desired results.
