What does a great Product Manager do at Fiserv?

Are you a Product champion ready to drive impactful change? As a product manager you'll be the pivotal link between strategy, development, and market success, ensuring our solutions not only meet but exceed customer and market needs.

What you will do:

Manage, track and report on the product lifecycle including product strategy, product planning, product roadmap and issue prioritizationCoordinate internal and external product communication and information across product family or product line.Manage product development process inclusive of product commercialization tasks required to help bring the product to marketOwnership of Commerce Hub Gateway features and responsible for driving changes to enrich Commerce Hub product experienceLead project lifecycle to deliver development effortsEstablish and maintain awareness and understanding of customer and market needsDevelop business cases to support new product recommendationsManage issues throughout the product development process including problem identification, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communicationAct as a primary negotiator between internal groups and clients to resolve issuesCrate documents and API Spec for each feature for publishing in the DevStudioParticipate in reviewing documents from other teams to publishRepresent Fiserv and the product at industry and community events

What you need to have:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product Management, Tech Operations, or Project Management Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent working experience Working knowledge of the payment space, preferably with APIs or payment gatewaysExperience creating technical documents or technical writing Strong understanding of an end to end, software development lifecycleProven ability to communicate across internal and external stakeholders, across engineering and business teamsAbility to work within an autonomous environment

Salary Range

$96,200.00 - $164,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
