Position summary:

Develop and execute marketing strategies for Neurosurgical/CMF franchise to provide the best quality marketing competency to the customers and support the sales team for achieving sustainable short- and long-term growthBuild and execute commercialization plans for new and existing focus productsDevelop, plan and execute local and regional MedEd programs for Neurosurgical, Oral-maxillo-facial customers.Provide adequate training on the new products to the customers and the sales team.

Essential duties & responsibilities: (detailed description)

Develop marketing strategies including Commercialization Plans (CP) for new product launch, Annual Marketing Plans (AMP) and 5-year Strategic Plans(SP) under big picture marketing.Lead new product launch including sales/dealer training, STP, pricing, customer survey and develop /monitor KPI.Responsible for checking/consolidating materials and administrating/updating marketing databases.Develop the core positioning and messaging for the productsSet pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals according to the Stryker DNP SOP guidelinesEquipment and instruments management (Budget Allocation, CER, Acquisition & Deletion Plan)Build market intelligence with the keen analysis of internal & external business, share it with Sales teams, and reflect the implication through planningManage KOL & dealers with effective communication and interactionInitial compliance review regarding MKT & sales activities and provide needs assessment for HCP related activities according to the internal guideline & KMDIA recommendation.Enhancing our communication with internal & external stakeholders in terms of representing MedSurg Neurosurgical and CMF franchise.Set up the training plans of Neurosurgical and CMF for internal & external customers and sharing with MKT & Sales across franchises and business units

Education & special trainings:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.

Qualifications & experience:

Minimum 3 years related experience or equivalent is preferred.Healthcare or medical industry experience is preferredCranial Navigation market experience is perferredFluent communication skills in both English & KoreanProficient on Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
